The meter is an old pressure gauge from my garage, and as for the shoes, i spray painted them, however it comes off easily. If you plan on making a pyro costume, check farm supply stores as i have seen rubber boots like these with already yellow rubber bottoms

All you need is a little clay, i used stone clay, because it sands down really nice and can be very light. (the part where the holes are, is just a thin peice of wood cut in a circle with holed put in)

Going to give you as much information for help as i can so incoming big comment.

For my gloves I took some yellow cleaning gloves, cut off the tips of the fingers, and superglued them to the black gloves. The yellow ring on the back was just duck tape.

The tank process was fairly simple. I took some blocks of floral foam, glued them together (there is special glue for foam) And i carved them to the shape.

Next, i cut some foamboard strips and put them around it for the rings and covered the whole thing with masking tape.

After that, i coated the tank in Bondo. Make sure that you covered all the foam in tape, or else the chemicals will eat away at the foam disfiguring the tank.

Then after a lot of sanding all that was left was fixing some small dents or holes with plaster, i put a coat of spray paint on so i could see where exactly the imperfections were but this is if you are striving for perfection.

And finally I just added small details such as the bottom part and side canister which was some PVC Pipe, and an old pressure gauge on top. Make sure you tape off the tank with painters tape when spray painting to give it a crisp line.
