Team Fortress Axtinguisher

After a few month of on and off work its finally (as) Finished (as i can make it). The ax head was not mad to scale but rather i just started cutting out shapes and putting it together from memory (i normally don't do that). The construction went as such;
Cardboard structure
Covered in plaster
Covered in bondo
Filled with foam (to help it stay i place)
Patchwork with plaster and paint.
The barb wire is a yarn dipped in a black/silver paint.

It is about 7 pounds so this will not be the most convenient thing to carry around during con...
